Preference storage

The consent manager stores your preference choices in this browser's local storage under wecollab8-consent for 30 days. This preference record is used to remember your selections; the consent manager does not set a cookie.

Analytics and marketing

The preference controls include optional analytics and marketing categories. No analytics or marketing tracking provider is currently connected to this site, so changing these choices does not activate a tracking service.

If a provider is added later, its scripts must be gated by the relevant saved preference before any optional tracking begins.

Third-party resources

The site currently requests font files from Google Fonts. As with other third-party requests, the provider may receive connection information such as the request IP address and browser metadata.

Contact form enquiries

If you submit the contact form, WeCollab8 receives your name, work email, organisation, area of interest, project stage, timeframe, and message content, including any optional additional context you choose to provide. The form does not ask for phone numbers, attachments, marketing preferences, or sensitive personal information.

Submission details are sent to Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, to receive, validate, store, and forward your enquiry to WeCollab8. The contact page loads the Web3Forms client script and hCaptcha widget to provide spam protection. Loading these third-party resources may share connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, with Web3Forms and hCaptcha even if you do not submit the form. If you submit, the hCaptcha response is sent with your enquiry. Web3Forms and its spam-prevention subprocessors may also process technical metadata. Its current privacy notice says CleanTalk and Akismet may receive submitters' IP addresses and email addresses for spam prevention. See the hCaptcha privacy policy.

Web3Forms currently states that form submissions are retained for up to three years, with shorter retention possible depending on the plan or deletion settings. Web3Creative operates from India, and its infrastructure subprocessors may process data in other regions. These details can change; see the Web3Forms privacy notice and Data Processing Agreement for current terms and subprocessors.

Please do not submit passwords, credentials, financial or health information, personal identity numbers, production records, or other sensitive or confidential information.
